Use of our apps

Our apps are built for Shopify merchants and authorized staff. You are responsible for using the app according to Shopify rules, reviewing app actions before submitting them, and confirming that the result matches your store operations.

Shopify billing

Paid app plans and charges are handled through Shopify app billing. Charges, approvals, cancellations, and billing details are presented through Shopify according to Shopify billing rules.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep Shopify staff accounts and permissions accurate.
• Review app actions before submitting changes.
• Confirm inventory, fulfillment, and order results after use.
• Use the app only for lawful store operations.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue an app or feature. We try to keep apps reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Apps are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tuck & Char Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using an app by uninstalling it from Shopify. We may suspend or terminate access if required by Shopify, law, security concerns, or material misuse.
