FAQ

Does FulfillFlub refund customers?

No. FulfillFlub does not refund customers, cancel orders, edit prices, or send customer emails.

Where does the correction happen?

Inside Shopify Admin on the order detail page, from the More actions menu.

Does it buy replacement shipping labels?

No. FulfillFlub leaves the corrected item unfulfilled so the merchant can fulfill it through Shopify.

What should I send support?

Send the store domain, order number, what correction you attempted, what you expected to happen, and a screenshot of any error. Do not send payment details.
