FulfillFlub
FulfillFlub helps merchants correct fulfillment mistakes without refunding, canceling, or leaving the Shopify order page. It is built for cases where an order was fulfilled incorrectly and the remaining quantity still needs to ship.

What it does
- Runs as an Admin Action from the order detail page.
- Cancels the mistaken fulfillment and re-fulfills quantities that were actually shipped correctly.
- Leaves mistake quantities unfulfilled so they can be shipped through Shopify.
- Can decrement inventory for a wrong item the customer is keeping.
- Writes a readable correction note to the order history.
Basic workflow
- Open the Shopify order.
- Choose More actions, then Fix Fulfillment Quantity.
- Select what was wrong and which quantities should stay unfulfilled.
- Review the final acknowledgement and submit.
- Confirm the order now shows the correct unfulfilled quantity.
